RKR Commission Plan

90% Pure Split Rental or Sale

  • No monthly fees
  • 10% Uncapped Profit sharing split on sponsored recruits
  • Minimum commission on rental: $150
  • Minimum commission on sale: $500

RKR 90% Rental Split

If you are the listing agent and renting agent on a rental transaction you will be entitled to full 90% split of rental commission.

Example 1: $750 Rental 

Total Commission = $750
Your Gross Split = 90% of 750 = $675
RKR Split = 10% 0f 750 = $75
The $75 is converted to $150 (office minimum)
Your Net Commission = $600

 
Example 2: $2000 Rental

Total Commission = $2,000
Your Gross Split = 90% of 2000 = $1,800
RKR Split = 10% of 2000 = $200
No conversion – $200 above $150 minimum.
Your Net Commission = $1,800

RKR 90% Sale Split

If you are the listing agent and sales agent on a sales transaction you will be entitled to full 90% split of sales commission.

Example 1: $100,000 Sale

Total Commission= $4,000
Your Gross Split= 90% of $4,000 = $ 3,600
RKR Split = 10% of $4,000 = $400
The $400 is converted to $500 (office minimum)
Your Net Commission = $3,500

 
Example 2: $200,000 Sale

Total Commission = $8,000
Your Gross Split = 90% of 8,000 = $7,200
RKR Split = 10 % of $8,000 = $800
No conversion – $800 above $500 minimum.
Your Net Commission = $7,200

RKR 10% Recruit Split

Build your team and earn 10% of the gross rental/sales commissions generated to Regal King Realty through the efforts of Contractors brought in by you.

NO CAP on 10% Recruiter Split. Earn Unlimited Residual Income.

Example:

You recruit 10 active agents that become independent contractors with RKR: 5 Rental agents and 5 Sale agents.

Each rental agent does 4 rental transactions a month at $200 gross per deal.
$800 month x 5 agents = $4,000 per month in RKR rental transaction fees.

Each sale agent does 1 sale transaction a month at $800 gross per deal.
$800 month x 5 agents = $4,000 per month in RKR sale transaction fees.

Total generated by 10 recruits in one month = $8,000 gross profit.

$8,000 x 10% = $800 per month in bonus income for you.
